Ensure organizational viability through financial stability and membership recruitment/retention
Increase PANANM’s presence in the community
Cultivate future PANANM leaders
Strive to meet requirements to apply for ASPAN’s Gold Leaf Award
Objectives:
Transparency with monthly financial and membership reports
Support a minimum of one community activity
Recruit and maintain a minimum of three board of directors
Monthly financial and membership reports to be generated by treasure and membership chair. Communicate via in the Airways newsletter, Facebook and webpage.
PANANM membership will encourage volunteering for one activity yearly
Yearly call for nominations and elections
Review ASPAN’s Gold Leaf eligibility yearly prior to the deadline
